this response to Item 2 of Notice of Incomplete Filing dated April 16, 2019:
2. Coastal Hazards/Bulkhead.
a. Complied. Please see page 2.
b. Bulkhead resides at the County of Orange’s property.
c. For city of Newport Beach, we consider MLLW= NAVD88+0.18 ft.
d. The finish floor of residence is above 13 ft. So the bulkhead could stay as-is.
