b. New single family residence with sewer and water tied into existing
public utilities. The improvements are to be completed before the end
of construction.
c. New utilities will discharge to the existing public utility services
located within the public right of way.
d. There are no public areas proposed.
e. There is no tree planting proposed.
f. There are no restrictive covenants proposed.
