This correspondence is provided in support of the variance for the Reed residence. The home has
been tastefully designed in harmony with the neighborhood and the small area of the home that
requires a variance would not increase the size of the home.
I respectfully request the City Council uphold and affirm the Planning Commission’s approval of
a variance for the Reed residence.
