The following documentation is required to complete the application: 1.Please provide plans illustrating compliance with Section 11B-235 California Building Code (CBC), a path of travel per section 11B-202.4 CBC, and Section 11B-1003 CBC. 2.Please revise plans to show currently approved parking configuration as determined by PA2016-203. (See attached.) 3.Please revise the permit application listing the property owner as Dennis Gaughan with the associated information. 4.Please revise the project description to replace “Zoning Compliance Letter” with Limited Term Permit. Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a Zoning Administrator Hearing.
