The proposed structure reaches a maximum height of 33 feet. The project is designed with a finished floor elevation of 10.0 feet (NA VD88). The project also includes the repair, reinforcement, and raising of an existing bulkhead. No work is proposed bayward of the existing bulkhead and no mechanized equipment would be utilized on the water. The design includes a pool, spa, hardscape, walls, landscaping, and drainage facilities.
