The following documentation is required to complete the application: 1. Revised Plans. Please refer to the attached redline plan set. You’ll find corrected sign area calculations and dimensions. Namely for the pylon signs, please count the extent of the logo and text area, not the entire pylon area. Also please note the identified signs exempt from review, which should be omitted from the plans and matrix. Sign numbers have been reestablished. 2. Revised Sign Matrix. Please refer to the attached redline matrix. All language regarding proposed sign area should be removed, as shown. Modifications to heights limits now reflect the proposed and sign numbers have been reestablished, 3. Electronic Copy. All of the above submittal items are required to be submitted in electronic format (i.e., CD-ROM or PDF via email). For your information, the Public Works Department has included a condition of approval for the project stating, “The sign location shall comply with the City’s line of sight requirements per City Standard STD-110-L.” Additionally, the Building Division provided feedback that upon plan check submittal structural calculations with details and specifications are required for signs. Energy documentation is required for illuminated signs. Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a Zoning Administrator Hearing.
