This is to inform you that the Commission's IO working day appeal period on the City of Newport
Beach's Coastal Development Permit No. CD2019-032 (PA2019-119) (5-NPB-19-1434) expired on
September 19, 2019. The Coastal Commission received no appeals on this permit. The City's permit
is therefore final.

development pennit described below:

walls/fences.

Unless an appeal is filed with the Coastal Commission, the action will become final at the end of the
Commission appeal period. The appeal period will end at 5:00 PM on September 19, 2019.
