on 11/13/2019 took the following final action on this appeal:

B. Approval
C. Approval with Conditions
D. Denial
Any terms and conditions of the local decision remain unchanged where the Commission vote is "No
Substantial Issue". Where the Commission vote is for "Approval", "Approval with Conditions", or
"Denial" the Commission decision replaces he local coastal permit decision.. Approval.by the
Commission may include conditions; if.so,they are attached.._
