This is to inform you that the Commission's 10 working day appeal period on the City ofNewport
Beach's Coastal Development Permit No. CD2019-046 (PA2019-178) (5-NPB-20-0125) expired on
February 21, 2020. The Coastal Commission received no appeals on this permit. The City's permit is
therefore final.
