A staff approval for a grade determination , to establish the grade in the front yard setback to 9.50
NAVD88, which is the approximate average grade between the two adjacent properties . The applicant
is seeking to raise the seawall and construct a new deck and guardrail (separate application to come).
Please note that this application is for the grade determination only . However, please provide feedback
on the provided plans to prevent any future issues .
