Subject: North Newport Center – Withdrawal of Planning Application PA2019-227
Dear Mr. Campbell:
On behalf of Irvine Company, CAA Planning Inc. (CAA) hereby withdraws Planning Application
No. PA2019-227 related to the North Newport Center Planned Community (NNCPC)
Development Plan and an amendment to the City of Newport Beach General Plan (PD2019-001
and GP2019-003). Consistent with our telephone discussion, we request a refund for money that
remains within the deposit account.
As always, we appreciate the City’s assistance with this request. We look forward to continuing to
work with City Staff on other matters. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact
