This email is to confirm that the proposed bulkhead repair at 732 Via Lido Nord will not project bayward of the existing
structure/private property as clearly reflected on section K/SW-1 of seawall drawings, and that it doesn't require use of
mechanical equipment or work from the water.

Coastal Commission staff is questioning, and I need to confirm that the proposed bulhead repairs for the captioned
project will: (1) not project bayward of the existing structure/private property, and (2) not required the use of
mechanized equipment or work from the water.Could you kindly confirm?
