Please be advised that on March 10, 2020, our office received notice of local action on the coastal
development permit described below:

A limited term permit (more than 90 days) request and associated coastal
development permit to allow the temporary operation of a charter boast
business with off-site parking for up to one year. The boast will be docked
within an existing slip accessible from 2406 Newport Blvd. Hours of
operation are from 9 a.m. to IO p. m. Parking is proposed to be provided as
five, surplus off-site spaces at 2000 West Balboa Blvd.

Unless an appeal is filed with the Coastal Commission, the action will become final at the end of the
Commission appeal period. The appeal period will end at 5:00 PM on March 24, 2020.
