The proposed development also includes additional appurtenances such as walls, fences, patios, hardscape, drainage devices and landscaping. . The project complies with all applicable development standards including height, setbacks, and floor area. No deviations are requested. The lowest finish floor area of the living area is at an elevation of 13.30 feet based on the North American Vertical Datum 1988 (NAVD88).
