GUARANTEES: CONTRACTOR SHALL GUARANTEE ALL WORK, MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS FOR ONE YEAR AFTER THE DATE OF ACCEPTANCE OF THE WORK AND CONTRACTOR SHALL REPAIR OR REPLACE, OR CAUSE TO BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED ANY OR ALL SUCH WORK TOGETHER WITH ANY OTHER WORK WHICH MAY BE DISPLACED IN DOING SO, THAT MAY PROVE DEFECTIVE WITHIN ONE YEAR, WITHOUT ADDITIONAL EXPENSE; ORDINARY WEAR AND TEAR, UNUSUAL ABUSE OR NEGLECT IS EXCEPTED. EXCEPTIONS TO ONE YEAR GUARANTEE ARE SPECIFIED IN OTHER SECTIONS OF THE PROJECT MANUAL OR DRAWINGS.
