Coast Highway Dear Makana: Enclosed is an amended Tenant Listing that is being submitted in response to your letter of September 4, 2014, Item 1, Tenant Use Listing. The Tenant Listing has removed the 818 SF on the third floor which will be used as an outdoor patio/balcony. The Tenant Listing also shows marine-oriented use of 8,865 SF which exceeds the required 8,682 SF required by UP 2051, Conditions 43-46. Additionally, the Tenant Listing now excludes the insurance and tax planning businesses from the marine-related uses category. I trust that this satisfies the requirements of item 1 of your September 4, 2014 letter. I have also attached the Parking Lot Lease between Mariners Mile Company as Lessor and GP’s Landing, LLC, as Lessee, including Exhibit A, as requested in Item 2.a.vii of your letter. The 50 parking spaces have been identified with an “X” marked in each of the 50 stalls. Lastly, in response to Item 2.a.viii, there are a total of 18 potential boat slips in the marina adjacent to 2751 and 2801 W. Coast Highway however, 4 of the available slips Makana Nova October 15, 2014 Page 2 are used for transient use of diners going to Billy’s in small boats, and thus are not using the existing car parking.
