Good morning Lea,
Last night the Newport Beach Planning Commission, with a vote of 4-0, recommended approval of the
project to City Council.
There were very few minor changes to the recommended conditions of approval, none of which have
any airport-related impacts. Please let me know if you need a copy of final Planning Commission
resolution. I would happily forward it to you as soon as it is available.
In the meantime, please proceed with the requested November ALUC hearing, and let me know if you
need anything else.
