Subject: ALUC Determination for the Residences at 4400 Von Karman
Dear Ms. Ung:
During the meeting held.oh November 19, 2020, the Airport Land Use Commission (ALUC) for
Orange County considered the subject project and the associated Planned Community
Development Plan Amendment. The matter was duly discussed, moved, seconded, and carried
unanimously by the· Commission 6-0 to find the proposed Residences at 4400 Von Karman and
the associated Ko~Y Cent~r l)Je~portPl~pned CommunityDevelopment Plan (PC-15) Amendment
to be Consistent Wit~ the:Airpprf,,E;nvfr,ons·:D;md Use Plan/or John Wayne Airport (AELUP).
