Tim,
As the City Council is scheduled to adopt the ordinances for final approval of the project next week, I am
seeking confirmation that all 3 parties stated in the attached letter have reached an agreement. The
attached Koll letter of consent is only for the application submittal. No final planning approval can be
granted until all 3 parties (Koll, Shopoff and Picerne) have agreed on the parking count, layout, unit
count and impact common area. Please confirm.
