Study was conducted over four months contacting all stakeholders via email and telephone. 2. For stakeholders without POS systems or automation educated estimates were made including consideration for seasonality. 3. Multiple stakeholders did elect not to participate, and a conservative educated estimate was inserted into this study. 4. Conservative estimates were provided for this study across the board with some stakeholders reported being affected by reductions in business due to Covid-19 restrictions. 5.
