HAllRJSON --AllCHITECT PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND JUSTIFICATION Daniel Kruse 630 Via Lido Saud Newport Beach, California 92663 The project consists of the demolition of an existing single-family residence and construction of a new single-family detached residence of 2,628 sf and attached garage of 566 sf. Also, remedial construction on the existing seawall. The proposed residence conforms to the City of Newport Beach zoning codes. The site is located in an existing community on an island with similar size lots and homes. The design, bulk and scale of the proposed home is consistent with the existing neighborhood pattern of development.
