THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH RECENTLY RECEIVED A COASTAL
DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THE FOLLOWING PROJECT:
PROPOSED PROJECT: ROST Architects is to propose a new construction two-story,
single family residence on the existing foundation of 1740 E. Ocean Front with new
landscape and hardscape. The proposed new structure is designed to be completely
within the meets and bounds of the existing footprint. Existing side yard site walls will
remain.
