Re: Mitigated Negative Declaration for Ford Road Residential Project
Dear Mr. Zdeba:
Thank you for the opportunity to review the above-mentioned Mitigated Negative Declaration. We concur
with the determinations of less than significant impact with migration for archaeological resources and
human remains based on monitoring by a qualified archaeologist as indicated in MM CR-1 and
compliance with California Health and safety code Section 7050.5 as indicated in MM CR-2. Should
archaeological resources or human remains be discovered during monitoring, we request that we be
notified.
