the General Plan Amendment, rezoning, and construction of a multi-family complex at 4302
Ford Rd. "This project will severely impact an already impacted traffic situation and most
probably reduce the property values of our Port Street Homes. Much more to say but I believe
many lawsuits to block this project will happen. The ingress and egress of this project clearly
will requisite variances as I see it . As a part owner of a family development business based in
Los Angeles I have much experience working with the City etc...I strongly oppose this project.
