the General
Plan
Amendment,
rezoning,
and
construction
of a multi-
family
complex at
4302 Ford
Rd.
As a Port
Street
homeowner
for almost 20
years and
being married
to a man who
grew up in our
neighborhood,
we have seen
many changes
in our
community
over the years.
The Bonita
Canyon Sports
Park has been
a valued
improvement,
not only to our
neighborhood,
but for our
Newport
Beach
community, as
well. I am very
concerned
about the
rezoning of
this space. I do
not believe
that the
proper
research has
gone into how
this space is
best suited
Yes -
please
add
me to
the
email

and what will
add value to
our city. Drive
down
Jamboree into
Irvine and you
will see how
the towering
apartments
that are mere
feet away
from the
sidewalk loom
over, creating
a cramped,
cheap feel....
not at all what
any Newport
Beach resident
would ever
want for their
community.
Please
consider the
long term
effects on
rezoning this
land. Continue
to make
prudent, well
thought out
decisions that
will protect
and benefit
this wonderful
city.
