the General
Plan
Amendment,
rezoning,
and
construction
of a multi-
family
complex at
4302 Ford
Rd.
I am very
concerned
about the
safety of the
driveway.
This is
adjacent to a
park with kids
playing and is
the path that
kids use to
bike to CdM
from the Port
Streets. The
grade of the
driveway is
14.5% and
trucks that
enter will
have the
choice of
backing down
a curved
driveway or
backing OUT
of the
driveway. I
suspect it will
be a blind
turn, rather
like getting to
the top of the
3rd street hill
in Laguna,
which just
exacerbates
the risk of

see any other
way to
structure
egress into
the project
and I just
think it is too
dangerous to
leave as it is.
It is also too
big for the
neighborhood
and it doesn't
take a rocket
scientist to
realize that
the parking
lot of the
park is going
to be used
frequently by
the project
residents. It
just feels like
this large
project is
being forced
into this tiny
lot and that it
is not fully
cooked yet.
