Please deny
the General
Plan
Amendment,
rezoning,
and
construction
of a multi-
family
complex at
4302 Ford
Rd.
I am against
this
project— it
is an
absolute
abomination,
filled with so
many issues
it is shocking
that nearby
residents are
even put in
the position
of having to
petition it.
Clearly, the
developer
trying to
push this
through the
city has hired
a firm to do
a
“highest
and best use
of the land
feasibility
study†and
is interested
in making
every last
penny
possible —
and is not
interested in
anything
else, or else
Yes -
please
add
me to
the
email
list
they would
have
submitted
something
reasonable.
This is
outrageous.
The area
surrounding
is filled with
single family
residences
and is not
the place for
this type of
project. The
safety issues
regarding
cars, delivery
and service
trucks alone
is absurd. So
many things
wrong, the
list is too
long to
itemize here!
Please listen
to the
community
and take this
off your
drawing
board!!!
