General Plan Amendment, rezoning, and construction of a multi-family complex at 4302 Ford
Rd. We have a 3 and a 5 year old and use the park/tot-lot frequently. We walk or scoot
down Newport Hills West and then on to Ford Road. This development and the increased traffic
hazard will definitely deter us from utilizing the fields/tot lot/tennis courts/pickle ball in the
future. I strongly oppose this planned development because of the safety concerns. Thank
