the General Plan Amendment, rezoning, and construction of a multi-family complex at 4302
Ford Rd. The is not an good use of space except to financially benefit the builder. It’s a
very space small to try and fit residential a living space. It will increase traffic and parking
tremendously. It will be hazard to small children and pedestrians where there currently isn’t a
stop sign. I drive through this area everyday and this is already a problem. I cannot imagine the
risk it poses. Also it infringes on the homes nearby and thier privacy. I do not see this as a
appropriate use of space and prefer our beautiful neighborhood the way it is. Please do not add
traffic, congestion for a project that really shouldn’t be there in the first place. Yes - please
