General Plan Amendment, rezoning, and construction of a multi-family complex at 4302 Ford
Rd. This project doesn’t make sense for the lot they would like to build on. It will take
away from the peace and enjoyment the park provides and will be a reason for much frustration
when families come to use the park only to find there’s not enough parking. There will be no
one to enforce the tenants park in their garage and delivery trucks, tutors, electricians, etc. will
find it much more convenient to just park in the park’s spaces rather than try to park
underground. Newport Beach doesn’t need this particular development. Let’s focus on
the right fit, not try to fit a square peg in a round hole. Yes - please add me to the email list
