deny the General Plan Amendment, rezoning, and construction of a multi-family complex at
4302 Ford Rd. The study is obscenely biased and disingenuous. This is blatant corruption of the
political process. For example, see the section on public services which anticipates
approximately 4 students TOTAL in NMUSD from a project that will attract young families next
to the Port Streets. Further it says these 4 students will all go to Lincoln Elementary or CDM
High School. An honest assessment would say that this project will bring 30-35 kids into
NMUSD, and the vast majority of those kids will go to Andersen Elementary. The assessment of
parking is equally incredulous. Yes - please add me to the email list
