deny the General Plan Amendment, rezoning, and construction of a multi-family complex at
4302 Ford Rd. The increased traffic along the dead-end portion of Old Ford Road will cause
safety hazards, particularly for children and bikers, as well as significant parking issues,
especially on weekends when use of the neighboring park and nearby soccer fields are already
maxed. The limited garage space - with tandem spots - will force residents to park on the street.
