General Plan Amendment, rezoning, and construction of a multi-family complex at 4302 Ford
Rd. This project must be stopped! It is clearly dangerous and unsafe for the public. The
means for entering and existing the project to the parking garage is a disaster waiting to
happen.The design is not safe for the public to have trucks ie: trash, postal, delivery, moving and
so many more to back up the driveway going uphill, on a blind 90 degree curve, over a bike path
and sidewalk. The proposed parking may conform to the required number of spaces required by
the city, however in reality the number is inadequate. There are tandem spaces which would
only accommodate one home, you have homes with up to four bedrooms which is potentially 4
drivers, you have 21 homes with guests and only 6 guest spots and none of this adds up to
enough parking. The only overflow parking is a very limited area on Ford Road by the tennis
court. Please don't be naive to think that the park parking lot will be used for resident and guest
overflow parking. Even the developer acknowledged if that became a problem then they would
find a means to monitor it. Really..are they going to post a security officer there 24/7. I doubt
it. The developer does not have an answer for the problem they are going to impose on the
enjoyment of the park. Yes - please add me to the email list
