General Plan Amendment, rezoning, and construction of a multi-family complex at 4302 Ford
Rd. This plan is unsafe for kids riding to school on their bike. It is too dense for such a small
parcel of land. It will add unwanted traffic at all times & especially during hours of already
heavy congestion- in the morning/afternoon/evening & weekends. The proposal will add
unwanted light & construction to a green, natural area. There will be multiple cars parked on the
street at any time. It is unfair for homeowners that bought their homes without a 3-story, multi-
tenant building in their backyard. Yes - please add me to the email list
