the General
Plan
Amendment,
rezoning, and
construction
of a multi-
family
complex at
4302 Ford
Rd.
These new
residents will
start using the
park parking
area which can
already be
overflowing on
the weekends.
Because of the
overcrowding
only 4
pickleball
courts were
built instead of
6 that the
residents
wanted. This is
too many units
for the area.
