General Plan Amendment, rezoning, and construction of a multi-family complex at 4302 Ford
Rd. We have resided in Newport Beach for over 30 years. The amount of vacant land in the
city has decreased drastically over this time period. I realize growth is necessary but this high
density development on this small piece of land adjacent to a city park which is highly used
seems absurd. Let's preserve some vacant land to ensure Newport Beach continues to be the gem
