Dear Mr. Zdeba,
I’m writing to express my deep concerns regarding the 4302 Ford Road proposal and the traffic
problems it would create.
The project entrance design is flawed. There is very restricted turning space, and room for only one
delivery vehicle that must back out uphill on a blind curve. There simply is not capacity on Ford Road to
handle additional traffic on the weekends and at peak weekday hours.
The project can only accommodate one small-to-medium delivery vehicle at a time. I am concerned
about other trucks waiting to get in or out and where they will wait. The development’s parking facilities
are very limited. I am sure that residents and visitors will end up using the park parking. I also think that
the design of the entrances/exists would create safety hazards to pedestrians and bicyclists.
The best use of this land is to expand the current park.
