Subject: Concerns of the 4302 Ford Rd Proposed Project

I am a resident in the Port Streets neighborhood. I am writing to you to urge that do not approve
the change in zoning to multi-family. The parcel is not suited for a high density. It would be a
safety hazard due to the increased traffic and access issues. The entrance location near the park
entrance would be dangerous.
Please have an EIR ordered to fully study the impact before changing the zoning to understand
the issues and risks of a multi-family project and traffic.
