Subject: Bonita Sports Park Apartments/Condos
Dear Benjamin, I live in the Port Streets and travel on Newport Hills Dr. West every morning around 8
a.m. I then turn left onto Mesa View and sometimes have to wait 2 light cycles to turn left onto Bonita
Canyon. Thank goodness I need to go straight on Bonita Canyon to Ford Road. I feel so sorry for the
huge line of cars having to turn left onto McArthur. I can’t even imagine what it will be like when we
have 21 condos on Old Ford Road situated on just over an acre of land. I’m afraid this makes no sense to
me. I’m sure it makes wonderful sense to the developer!
