Subject: No on 4302 Ford Road Project
Mr. Zdeba,
I would like to register my concerns with you regarding the above project next to my Port Streets home.
As you have likely heard in spades I am also greatly concerned about traffic, noise levels, aesthetics and
most importantly safety. This particular area is extremely busy with children passing through to school
or going to various practices at the park, adult walkers/runners/bikers/ dog walkers and commuting
cars. The risk of accidents there is way too high.
This project, while would likely be attractive on the inside and well-constructed, should be placed
somewhere else where there is more room for all of the traffic from both residents & their guests and
commercial vehicles. This project seems like it’s being squeezed into this space just because it could be
and that’s NO reason to build it.
