Dear Mr. Zdeba,
It has come to my attention that there is a project being proposed at 4302 Ford Road to
which I am completely opposed.
I am an owner at 1842 Port Sheffield. I have not encountered a single person on my
street or the neighborhood as a whole that is in favor of this project or can see the
upside to approve this project.
To the contrary, the overwhelming belief is that it will cause more traffic congestion,
impeded safety of our children and neighbors who use the intended areas and will
basically reduce our home values and quality of life as a port street community.
Mr. Zdeba, please stop this development project.
