Subject: Proposed project near Bonita canyon
Hello Ben
My name is Lisa Hammer and I’m a resident in Bonita Canyon. I’m writing to you really from personal
experience of what a negative I know this project will have in terms of noise , traffic and congestion . We
previously owned a home in which our backyard was backed to Bonita Canyon for 13 years . We
invested many many thousands in upgrades because we thought we were going to stay there forever .
Well , the noise was so horrible from the cars we couldn’t sleep in our bedroom anymore , couldn’t open
our windows for fresh air or use our backyard . We couldn’t live in it anymore . It was gorgeous and
when we went to sell it we heard “ beautiful home but the noise is so bad “ ... “ great home but how can
you bbq in the backyard with all the car noise “ . This was a nightmare for us and we had to take a
significant loss on our home because No One wanted to deal with those circumstances when spending
on a high end house . That was bad enough but to hear that you want to propose another imposing
property in a highly traveled area .This area will have compromised air quality from all the cars and it
will be a cluster trust me from someone who endured it without this additional property . It will ruin the
