Subject: Proposed 21 unit condo complex
Hello Ben Zdeba;
As a resident of the Bonita Canyon Community, I wish to register my opposition to the proposed
21-unit condo/apartment development at the corner of MacArthur and Bonita Canyon Road,
adjacent to the Bonita Canyon Sports Parks and the Port Streets. There’s already a lot of traffic
on this stretch of Bonita Canyon Road and this new project would make things even
worse. Please bring my objection to the attention of the Planning Commission.
