My name is James Teng and I moved to Newport Beach almost 10 years ago. The natural beauty,
peacefulness and family friendly environment were reasons my wife and I purchased here (Bonita
Canyon community) to raise our family. Over the years, I have seen increasing traffic and road noise (we
lived next to Bonita Canyon Dr), reckless driving as well as raising crime in our area. Please do not
approve the 21-unit condo/apartment development at the corner of MacArthur and Bonita Canyon
Road as this will lead to worsening traffic and decreasing public safety as well as increasing road noise.
