Subject: 4302 Ford Road Project
Hello Mr. Zebda-
I’m writing to express my opposition to the 4302 Ford Road project. As a homeowner in Bonita
Canyon, this project will negatively impact our home values and safety for a plethora of
reasons. We do not need the extra traffic and the proposed layout for deliveries and trash
removal are not acceptable as is. The overflow parking will end up at the park which is not
what that lot is intended for.
Please do not allow this project to proceed.
