Subject: Potential condominium project Ford Road
As a resident of the neighborhood Bonita Canyon in Newport Beach I would like to voice my opinion
against the potential condominium project off Ford Road. Having lived in this home for 15 years I have
seen first hand the increase in traffic. Our home backs up to Bonita Canyon. A few years ago we
considered moving to another area in the city, but had a difficult time selling because potential buyers
complained it was too loud. Adding this condo complex would greatly increase traffic which leads to the
devaluation of our home. I am asking you not to allow this to be built. It’s bad for current residence.
