Subject: Newport House Development
I am seriously concerned about the safety aspects of the proposed Newport House
Development. The only vehicular entrance is extremely poorly designed and requires tenant and
delivery vehicles to cross a commonly used sidewalk often with very limited visibility. This
would be an accident waiting to happen.
