I am expressing views from people using Bonita Canyon Sports Park. We are very concerned the
parking for the condo project will spill over into the parking lot at the Sports Park. As it stands
now, many times the parking lot is full with people using the soccer fields, tennis courts and
pickleball courts. We understand that the condo complex will have it's own parking facility,
however, the sports complex will seem inviting to overnight guests and event guests resulting in
limited parking for park goers.
Another concern is the noise coming from the park with children's games and pickleball
players. The noise has already been addresses and the issue solved. We expect new residents
will know the noise generated at the park will be aware of it when living there.
Please address these concerns.
