Subject: Proposed Condos Bonita Park
As a 20 year resident of the Port Streets, I have serious safety concerns about the proposed condo
development next to the Bonita Canyon Sports Park. I am not convinced that 1)there will be enough
parking for tenants, and 2)enough room for inevitable delivery vehicles. This is a family/child oriented
park. The lack of parking will push residents into public spaces. Poor driving visibility coupled with
increased traffic from same parking/delivery issues poses a terrible safety hazard to kids on bikes as well
as pedestrians. Please do not change the character of this neighborhood by bringing in traffic and safety
issues!
