Dear Mr Zbeda,
I am a long time Newport resident living at 1819 Newport Hills Dr E in the Port Streets
neighborhood. I'm writing to express my opposition to the planned condominium project at 4302
Ford Road.
I recently attended an information session, toured the site and reviewed the online documentation
to make an informed and un-biased opinion. The result is I don't believe it is a good
development for our city. The space is ill-fitting for this kind of development and I see many
safety issues associated with it. If the space must be developed, I'd like to see it as an extension
of the park space and move the condominiums to a space that better suits this sort of a
development.
